is there any chance of getting a govt. engineering seat with GMR/PMR rank- 8354 ( sc rank- 325 & TFW rank- 1476) in west bengal??

No you are unlikely to get a government college with a rank that you have mentioned. However you can try for other private engineering colleges, which is a good option in West Bengal because there are many good private engineering colleges. You can check out the cutoff here
