Is there any chance to get govt seat for 390 marks

Getting admission also depends on various other factors like State Quota, Category, etc.

If you are from UR category, then it's not possible to get a government medical seat anywhere in India with 390 marks.

You could try for private medical colleges but they demand hefty donations.
