Is there any chance to get seat in nits through 12thclass rank?

Hi aspirant, NITS is a government organisation which allots seats and give admission on the basis of jee main rank. If you are able to clear jee mains and clear the cutoff procedure of nits as every nits institute has different cutoff for various branches of btech you'll get admission in nits. For your answer you cant get admission on basis of 12 class rank.

NIT's accept arm on the basis of JEE main rank only. If you belong to the general category, you should have a rank of something which is not less than 10,000 to get into the top NIT's in the Home state quota. But ranks up-to 40,000 too can get a seat in NIT's, but not the top ones. Also, scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. No dear, national institute of technology around India are government colleges and they won't admit students based upon 12th marks and management quota. It is strict that only students can be admitted through JEE main cutoff to these institutes.
