Is there any chances to do ME in IIT after getting low grades in BE ?

Hello Aspirant,
The criteria of applying in ME is 55% in graduation(50% for SC and ST) . If you the closing cutoff, than you are eligible to do masters from any university. You must also qualify GATE or any such equivalent exams which makes you eligible for masters. So, it is not low marks but the eligible percentage which matters.
