Hello dear student,

Because of the covid-19 situation there would not be any effects on the opening and closing ranks. So, you don't worry about that dear student while basically the opening and closing ranks depends upon how well people have appeared in the exam, and also depends how difficult was the exam.

Ranks have nothing to do with the current pandemic situation. I hope this was helpful
