is there any college which can give mechanical to my friend who scored 50 in jee in general category and having 76% in 12 cbse boards ?

HI, Your friend has scored less marks in JEE to be frank enough. what can you do is now?
Ask him to apply in private colleges of other states like Haryana, UP etc. He might get admission in those probably.
