Is there any course or download material for Psycho Metric Tests and Case based interview /group discussion practice tests

Hi Ganpathi! As far as Psychometric Tests are concerned, there is ideally no means to prepare for it. A psychometric test aims to check your thought process and personality and you are expected to answer the questions at the earliest possible, based on your impulse and intuition. The questions would mostly be personal in nature, hence, there is really nothing much you can prepare about.

As far as case studies/group discussions are concerned, the best way to prepare through practice. You can join a coaching institute for the GD-PI module, or collect 5-6 friends or fellow aspirants to join you for a GD/CD and conduct mock interview rounds. There can be a lot of online resources available on the Internet where you can find current and relevant topics and questions for PI. The best way is to read newspapers daily and read at least 2 magazines on current affairs such as Outlook, Frontline, Busines Line etc. Referring to yearbooks of popular publications such as Manorama will also be beneficial.
