Hello student,

I hope you are safe and healthy.

No. There is no chance of downgrade in the newly introduced sliding round. Successive round are meant for only upgradation. You'll probably get upgraded in any counselling (IPU, JAC, JOSSA, and etc.) but won't be degraded.
