hi,
see space researcher mostly from physics or astro physics or bachelor in aerospace engineering back ground, so first of all you need to do graduation in the relevant discipline, than you need to do masters then phd, as most of the scientist and researchers are phd degree holders, there is recruitment comes from organization like isro, nasa to hire for scientist or researcher, you need to appear in the recruitment process to get job in space science center.
