is there any firm through which i can apply for 4or 5 colleges at a time in delhi

this could take more than a whole long passage to answer. It actually depends on exam you might appear and colleges that you`re considering. If the colleges take through any centralised exam like JEE-Main then you can certainly apply not only to multiple colleges but also in multiple streams. But in certain cases, if you`re applying for a college that takes their own admission or takes separate registration to get into, in that you will need to apply separately.

So, to be conclusive, you can apply for multiple colleges if they comes under certain centralised exam.
