Hello,
Nowadays admission to any government college is not possible on the basis of class 12th board exams percentage.You have to appear for either jee mains and jee advanced or state level engineering entrance exams in order to get admission in government colleges of India.
Some of the exams are KCET,WBJEE,UPSEE,JEECE,BCECE.You need to be a resident of that state in which you want admission.
Good luck.
