Your OBC rank is quite high.
As per the previous year cutoffs you have no chance of getting CSE in Medium ranked NITs such as NIT Nagpur, NIT Raipur, NIT Bhopal, NIT Rourkela,etc.
You can get CSE in the later rounds of some lower ranked NITs such as NIT Patna, NIT Hamirpur, NIT Durgapur, NIT Andhra, nit Uttarakhand, NITs from North-east,etc.
You can get some lower ranked IIITs such as IIIT Ranchi, IIIT kancheepuram, IIIT Kota,etc.
