No, you can't appear in jee mains without comoleting 12th with PCM.

Class 11 students are not eligile to appear in JEE.But yes you can appear in KVPY and RMO(Regional mathematics olympiad).You will get a tough compitition and the level of the question paper will be as standard as possible.If you score well you might get scholarship from the Indian government.
