Dear Varnika,
No there is no registration process for getting your name in the cutoff or admission list of DU LLB. The second admission list of DU LLB is scheduled to be released tomorrow, i.e. July 31, 2018. Also given below is the article link wherein you can track the process of DU LLB Admissions 2018.
Note that in between, candidates (who didn't by then) were required to update the marks of their qualifying exams, i.e. Class 12.
