Personally, I feel teachers are the best offline source of information. Be it from couching institute or your 10+2.
Talking about magazines, 'Biology today' is an excellent magazine series. They have the same for Physics and Chemistry as well. In these magazines you will find topic wise discussion with mcq type questions of important must know areas.
