Hi Prathmesh,
Assuming your question is related to the state engineering admissions of MHT CET, the board percentages will not be counted and the merit list will be prepared based on the candidate's performance in the entrance examination. However. as per the basic eligibility, you need to have secured minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved categories) in 10+2th standard qualifying examination.
