Yes, there's negative marking system in JEE mains. A wrong answer will be accountable for 1 negative mark. While a correct answer will gain you +4 marks. So for total 75 questions, the total maximum mark is 300. Getting all questions right will get you 300. While having a lot of wrong answers may cause your marks to be in negative.
