Is there any NRI quota in IIT, NIIT, OR any other institute?

YES, various engineering colleges in India have NRI quota. Under the DASA Scheme, 15% seats of each of the DASA participating colleges are reserved for NRI/PIO/OCI Students. The Participating colleges include NITs, IIITs, CFIs andSPAs.

Also, it is possible through culture exchange programs and admission through self finance.
