Yes, as per the new notification by nta. The application form are reopened. So one can apply or complete their incomplete application form from 19/ 5/ 2020 to 25 / 5/ 2020.
So yoj can go to the official website of jee main nta and can apply for jee main now.

Luckily , JEE mains application form has been reopened so yes you can definitely apply for JEE mains examination.
To fill the application form you need to visit its official site i.e jeemain.nta.nic.in
The application form is open from May 19 to 24. So, make sure that you fill the application form by 24th May.
