As far as JEE and NEET examinations are concerned, NTA has already issued a notification on the official website. Similarly, all state government will take there own call.
For example, Tamil Nadu doesn't conduct any state entrance exam, they take admission simply on the basis of class 12th marks. Some states take the marks of JEE, some conduct their own CET, some go purely by class 12th marks, some takes combination of class 12th and entrance exam. So, State boards will only decide on it.
