Is there any problem for a North Indian who can't speak Kannada in jss mysore or other colleges in karnataka???

Hello

There's no issue anywhere for anyone.India is a secular country and everyone is treated equally irrespective of cast,creed or language.

In case you find any issue then that mivmi be cause people won't be able to understand your language initially but english language will remove this barrier as well
