Hello,
It may cause a problem to you during the admission.
During admissions after the counselling you need to submit bonafide letter from 12th college.
So if they found the name of the college is different from the actual ones then it cause cancellation of your admission.
More over there will be a certificate verification after you qualify the exam, here also if you found incorrect credentials, then your seat would be cancelled.
So I reccomend you that contact the NTA office and correct the mistakes you have done.
