Hi, Hope you are doing well!
If your mother’s name is incorrect in your inter certificate then it may create problem in future, So it would be better to make correction.
To correct the certificate, write an application to your school with supporting documents and an affidavit from your mother with the correct name. School will submit the papers to the education board for a change and correction on your certificates.
