I am sorry to say but the process of admission in CMC Ludhiana is strictly on the basis of NEET examination. As for CMC Vellore, t he Supreme Court hearing is now adjourned to February 16, 2018. I would recommend that if you are really keen on getting admissions to CMC Vellore, appear for NEET 2018 and clear it with the best possible marks. CMC Vellore will be holding admissions on the basis of NEET marks only, but the rest of the admission process will be known through the SC verdict.
