Is there any reservation for OBC category in PRIVATE MEDICAL colleges? If yes then will I get admission for 410marks (AIR1lac 18K) NEET19?

see in government quota of private medical colleges has obc category seat, but in management seats of private colleges doesnot have any quota, all are in general. at this score you may look for medical colleges of karnataka, kerala, utterpradesh. you should follow career360 website for further details.

Sir I am from Maharashtra with OBC (NCL) reservation. How can I apply for UP, Karnataka, Kerla, through all india counseling or state counseling?

private medical colleges don't participate in all India counselling. you have to go to the particular medical college and ask about the fee structure for management quota.
