Hello karthinikaa,
To answer your question, yes there is a second round of counselling for NIFT college. Depending on the seats remaining, there might be 3rd 4th or 5th rounds as well, as some students do not join after counselling. There's a fair chance of you getting a desirable seat in the 2nd round as well.
