Hello Aspirant!
There is no time limit (or you can say validity) for the main OBC certificate. However, for OBC-NCL certificate, there is a validity of one year from the date of issue. You can simply apply for renewal in your District Commissioner's office (as per our state's regulations) by submitting all the necessary documents.
