Is there any way to withdraw from JOSAA even after last round or after spot round if don't like the seat ?

Dear Aspirant,
As of my information,it is clearly mentioned in JoSaa business rules that a candidate only withdraw it's seat before the last round, for example if there are total 7 rounds than you can withdraw your seat only till 6th round after that you are not allowed to withdraw the seat.
