Hey Ranjithkumar Ambala, As per NASA reports,The astronaut s working time is from around 6.00. to 21:30. and this day includes 3 meals and 2.5 hours of physical exercise to maintain muscle tone and fitness. and when you are on a mission, there is no specific timing, All the best dude
