No. The NEET 2020 pattern is as same as the old one with 180 MCQs. 45 MCQs from Physics, 45 MCQs from Chemistry and 90 MCQs from Biology. Every correct answer gets you 4 marks and a wrong answer takes away 1 mark. Unanswered question has no impact. The exam will be conducted in a pen and paper mode.
