Yes, there is branch change option in Amrita.
As soon as you enroll in an Amrita branch, you should start working harder because only the branch's top rank holders at the end of the first year are eligible for this choice, known as "SLIDING."
The rule for this branch :-
- A branch can only have up to 10% available for sliding to other branches.
- Only 5% of a branch can slip across to another branch.
- The applicant should have a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 8.5 (this may alter) at the conclusion of the first year.
Additionally, you should be aware that the Heads of departments of the two branches between which sliding must occur have complete control over this decision. Three branches are offered for sliding, in the order of desire, and offers are made based on the openings in each branch.
