Your question isn't clear.
In BSc chemistry you can take Physics as a Generic Elective or you can take any other subject in place of it.
Now for BSc chemistry the eligibility criteria (in general, there can be exceptions) is:
- Passed 10+2 from a recognised board.
- Chemistry as one of the mandatory subjects in 10+2.
- Secured at least 50-55% in Class 12 exam.
- Passed every subject in 10+2.

BSc Chemistry is a 3 years undergraduate course in India. The course curriculum deals with various aspects of chemistry including chemical reaction and chemical composition of substances.
In order to be eligible for the course, the students must have passed 10+2 from a reputed institution with Chemistry as one of the major subjects.
You must have chemistry, physics and biology subjects in Class 12 for pursing BSc in any of the field.
