For admissions into IITs, NITs, IIITs and CFTIs through JEE MAINS the required eligibilty criteria is :
Candidates should have secured minimum 75% marks (65% for SC/ST category candidates) or should be in the top 20 percentile of their respective boards
For Paper II (B.Arch) - The candidates should have completed the 10+2th standard exam with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and in aggregate in class 12 or equivalent.

Yes for the admission through josaa ( jee mains ) you have to secure minimum 75%marks in 12 th boards ( general) and it is 65% for SC/ST.
or to be in top 20 percentile .
So if you satists any one condition you will be eligible be eligible for admission.

Yes In order to take admission through jee mains in colleges like nits, iiits.You have to score minimum of 75 %marks(general category) in higher secondary school examination conducted by respective boards ,also you have to score minimum of 50% marks in individual subjects then you are eligible for this.
