There is scope, many colleges give admission to candidates with percentage of 50 to 60 with the fee as same as government quota fee.
If you want to get in to best college you need to go by management quota and fee through which is more... So choose the best shubam, for you percentage you can think of many other courses too other than engineering....

There are many colleges which take the students having % between 50 and 60.
Most of these students are admitted through management quota in private colleges
And scope of engineering is so much that you can get in the best of your career in engineering if you have the potential irrespective of which college you get in . Engineering doesn't depend on marks scored.

According to me, every college has their own eligibility criteria so you have to be eligible for the college then you can admission , in some colleges the eligibility criteria is 50% so you can apply for them , and some college demand for higher percentage so it depends upon college to college
