No, this is not true. There are some of good architecture colleges in U.P. like:
- Aligarh muslim university, Aligarh
- Dayalbagh educational institute, Agra
- Zakir hussain college of engineering and technology, Aligarh
There is value of degree of architecture from U.P. colleges
