Is there is requirement of PGP PGD and MBA all three 3 degree for fincial manager or any 1 of them

MBA is Master of Business administration and PGDM /PGP etc is the Diploma in Management education. There is hardly any difference in course and placements for both of them. IIMs and other institutes offer PGDM and Universities offer MBA.
You can pursue any one as per your interest.
After these you can get a job as a Financial Manager for a company. Options include Relationship Manager, Investment Banking, Investment management, Risk management etc.
