Hello student,
No, there is no qouta for Kashmiri migrant as each and every one have to give jee main exam and score good enough to get admission there else you are not eligible to get admission there with qouta or any other managemnet qouta as well. All you have to give is jee main exam and crack the exam with qualifying marks.
