Btech Lateral entry is normally offered to students who have done a diploma in engineering or equivalent from a recognised institute.
Few of the Institutes that offer lateral entry to 2nd year engineering/Btech progamme are

- Jamia Milia Islamia offers BTech Lateral Entry in the evening batches. (Check the Prospectus page no 61, Programme codes B15 to B19)

Yes some colleges are available. But the admission through direct management Kota and it cost a lots of money.hope you might understand it.if you wanted to get any college in India rather than topmost college then their is a possibility of getting admission.every college have thier rules and regulations and they have to follow.some colleges are available which take admission in a unfair way.
