Yes there is a difference in the allocation of seats in TS EAMCET. Only the certain number of seates are allocated for the students who are non local and most of the seats are alloted to the local candidates. If you are are non local candidate then you should have secured very high rank in the TS EAMCET examination or you might probably have a very less chances to make it into the best universities through TS EAMCET.
