Is there need for offline verification of documents in online counselling of general category

The document verification process is for the candidates who want to claim seats in the reserved category like OBC, ST, SC, Sikh, etc. General candidates are not required to verify documents.
As for the counselling, you Don't need to be in Delhi. The whole process is online, i.e., Choice Filling, Allocation Of Seats, Payment Of Fees, etc.
