For NEET you don't need to fill any form for state rank.If you want to sit for state counselling then you have to go for the verification process .Specific dates will be given when you need to verify your documents for authentication. After that your state rank will be declared. Then you can give your choice filling of colleges when the portal for state counselling opens.
