Hi Priyanka, As per your query about the chances of getting at your rank of 61000 under ur category, i am sorry to inform it is very unlikely to get pg seat at this rank under open category... But if you are eligible to fill for counseling do attend specifically state counseling.... As you have not mentioned state rank herr it would be difficult to suggest about that...
