Hello,
Ragging in colleges have no decreased significantly.Also there so many laws that are there for ragging.All colleges ask the students to sign an anti ragging form in which if candidate is involved in any kind of offence related to ragging then legal actions whipped be taken on him.Althougj a little bit of friendly ragging is there in almost every college which is quite management and lasts 1 week or so in the beginning so don't worry.
