If you will not upload the certificate during the registration of Jee Advanced portal, you are not eligible to gain the benefits of EWS and treated as a general category student .

With reference to your query, I would glad to aware you dont need to worry about it . Though it is not possible to upload after closing of correction window but you can email with an undertaking and ews certifcate to the concerned authorities regarding your problem and they will definatelty consider it . Morever,At the time of verification of documents you must have original certificate with you
