Hey aspirant,
In bams there are not a lot of surgery. They have to do minor surgery like dressing of wounds, minor and small stitches. And if you use a surgical dress there 'll be less chance of infection. It is not mandatory to wear a surgical dress in bams only if you go for a minor surgery then you can use the surgery dress.
