Yes, JEE advanced have paper 1 and 2 just as JEE main.Candidates who qualify in JEE advanced are eligible to seek admission in IITs be it in engineering or architecture and planning.You need to qualify in JEE main to be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced.And admission in NITs and GFTIs is based on merit in JEE main.
