if you are asking about medical courses like MBBS ,BDS , Ayush courses like BAMS , BHMS etc courses then neet is a single gateway to all the Medical Colleges be it government or private.

Krishna, you havent mentioned the College you are enquiring about. Neverthless, if it is MBBS/BDS courses NEET is the only entrance examination for admission to Medical and Dental Colleges across India.
