Is this exam only for students from Andhra Pradesh?

Hi ,

Yes this is a state level examination for a particular  state student ..you must belongs to that state or else at least your parents must be belongs to particular state.

The outside state students are elgible to write AP PG MET as per the elgibilty criteria 2018 given below,

Candidates who have obtained MBBS degree under Dr NTR University of Health Sciences, Andhra Pradesh and in the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana

Candidates MBBS degree must have been recognised by the Medical Council of India

Candidates must be an Indian National/Person of Indian Origin (PIO)/ Citizen of Indian Origin card holder

Candidates must have completed rotating internship on or before March 31, 2018

Candidates who are already studying P.G. Degree or Diploma course will not be permitted to appear for AP PG MET 2018 unless they discontinue the course by remitting the requisite bond amount and stipend drawn up to the date of submitting the application form. Such candidates shall have to submit a certificate issued by the Head of the Institution to that effect along with the AP PG MET 2018 application form

Candidates who have obtained MBBS degree from other states in India must have studied MBBS in any one of the Medical Colleges in India
