As per TNEA eligibility criteria, the candidate needs to score minimum 50% marks in their 10+2 or qualifying exam. In case of reserved categories the requirements are:
- Backward class including backward class Muslim - 45%
- MBC & DNC - 40%
- SC/ SCA/ ST - 40 %
Candidates who don't meet the above specified minimum marks criteria will not be considered for admission.
