Is this possible to get admission in m pharma without gpat
Yes, it is possible to get admission to an M.Pharm programme without a GPAT score. Although the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) is the primary national-level entrance examination for M.Pharm admissions in India, many institutions also provide admission through state-level entrance examinations.
For example, AP PGECET in Andhra Pradesh, TS PGECET in Telangana, MAH CET in Maharashtra, WBJEE-Pharmacy in West Bengal, and OJEE-P in Odisha are used for pharmacy postgraduate admissions.
Apart from state exams, several private and deemed universities conduct their own entrance tests for M.Pharm admissions such as BITS HD conducted by BITS Pilani, MET by Manipal Academy of Higher Education, NMIMS CET by NMIMS University, and the Nirma University Entrance Test.
Additionally, many private pharmacy colleges offer direct or merit-based admission based on a candidate’s B.Pharm academic performance, especially if seats remain vacant after GPAT-qualified candidates are admitted. In some cases, institutions also offer admission through management quota seats, allowing eligible candidates to secure admission without a GPAT score.
